A customer with modifications to his vintage Honda Dream CB400 Four motorcycle (1974)
A customer with a 1974 Honda Dream CB400 vintage motorcycle wanted to increase the cooling power of his motorcycle’s engine oil by making a modification and applying an additional radiator. However, in the market there are no hoses and fittings for the passage of engine cooling oil, as standard, necessary to be able to continue and install this modification.
We listened to what the client wanted to achieve and came up with our solution which was immediately accepted.
As you can see in the photos, we have made the hoses for the passage of engine cooling oil and the 90° bent fittings, this type of fittings do not exist on the market, so we have built them specifically for this application. For the needs of the customer, who had not yet assembled all the parts of the modification, the hose was made in two stages, after the customer checked the correct position of the hoses and fittings in relation to the other components.
